The Black Swan Hotel的点评
点评：Our last visit in August was definitely a 5* review, good food, great friendly service and incredibly dog friendly. This visit was a completely different experience, well we never got to experience it.
We arrived in Belford after a 4 hour drive, set up our caravan on a nearby site, our son who was travelling with us went off yo meet friends and they decided that wanted to eat with us. Our son phoned through to book a table for 5 people, 2 dogs for 7pm, the girl said could they make it 7:15, that wasn't a problem.
We arrived at about 6:45 thought we'd get a drink before sitting at our table, om arrival a young girl looked slightly bemused when we said we'd booked a table, she looked on the book and said there was no booking in our name, my son explained that he'd called an hour ir so beforehand, another girl came through and said you've probably phoned The Black Swan in Lowick, my son showed the girl his phone, the time he phoned, she said she hadn't taken any calls all afternoon, the look on her face said differently. They didn't have a table to offer us which was really disappointing and had we known when we phoned they were full we'd have booked elsewhere however trying to find a pub serving food for 5 people was impossible so we went hungry.
