We have travelled a lot in Italy, France and Slovenia and have enjoyed a lot of good wine and sparkling wine, but this winery has the best sparkling wine we have ever tasted. Petra and Miran, the two owners, are very friendly and accommodating. The new colleague is also excellent and speaks many languages. A must for us every year, we can't drive past without taking some of the sparkling wine with us. We have known this winery for over 20 years, at that time there was still a small wine cellar. it was very romantic and beautiful, but a little too small. Every year we look forward to spending some time there and enjoying a good glass of sparkling wine. Craftsmanship at its finest, sensory characteristics. Clear, brilliant colour - gold reflections.

Lively, finely structured, creamy mouthfeel.
Long-lasting finish with mineral freshness.
And the whole thing has surprisingly little sugar, incredible for such a complex sparkling wine.
