点评：Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend
From the moment we arrived, the service at Colloca Vineyard Lake Effect Estate was shockingly poor. Ordering drinks and food was a chore, our meals took over an hour to arrive, and when they finally did, the orders were incorrect. Accuracy and timeliness clearly aren’t a priority here.
As for the food and wine? Completely underwhelming. The food was overpriced and of substandard quality. The wine, which they boast as “award-winning,” was anything but — flat, unpleasant, and reminiscent of tank car sulfates. A far cry from what they claim.
To make matters worse, one member of our group, who is diabetic, discreetly pulled out some crackers to help stabilize her blood sugar after waiting 40+ minutes. She was immediately and rudely approached by a staff member named Mindy, who told her to stop eating or leave the premises. Completely unacceptable and insensitive.
How this place stays in business is beyond me. Between the sky-high prices, bad food, unpleasant wine, and shockingly rude service, we will never return.
