点评:Part of our tour itinerary is a visit here to the Olive Museum. It was already 5pm (quite dark in early-Dec) and the place is situated quite a high ground.
Stella Croatica! is a one-stop shop for all things Dalmatian. A family-run estate that focus on local artisan food & health products. We were given a briefing on how the different products are grown and produced and even try sampling a variety of cosmetics, olive oils, and regional specialties. Definitely enriching & eye-opener for most of us. No walking tour at the gardens though as it was late & rather dark.
After the briefing we have a specially prepared dinner where some of the spices are used as ingredients through its traditional Mediterranean food offerings. It was one of the best dinner we have tried, surprisingly.
After the nice dinner we all proceed to the Boutique Shop (good photos) where they have a wide range of products on offer; from desserts & sweets made of figs, walnuts and citrus fruits to cookies and cakes, jams and spreads… Even Lavender aroma therapy.
An interesting experience indeed.

Stella Croatica!
