点评：I can't say enough about the good things here. Begin with the reservation system. Benny replys to me very fast with friendly and helpful information. She is not only talk about the cooking class but tells me another information in Chiang Mai, where to eat, things to do and more. One thing that i quite surprise is the menu in her class is a lots. She pick up me at the hostel greeting with a big smile and i know that it will be a great time with her. The market tour is super education. The cooking area is in her home surrounded by the garden and the rice paddy such a beautiful location. The food taste wonderful, Benny she walks around to guide us to make sure our food is turn out great and yes it is. After finish the class everyone get the recipe book which is the professional book, you can cook it again at home.
Benny she is a real chef is not only the person who can speak English and teach you Thai food like another cooking instructor. But she has the cooking class in the villa and the private chef if someone want her cook meal at the villa too. Her knowledge about cooking is perfect. I really recommend Benny.
