Disappointing Experience – Poor Women's Shoe Selection & Rude Service

点评：I was really disappointed with my experience at the gift shop near the water park at Kalahari Resort. While they have a great selection of swimsuits for women and plenty of shoe options for men and children, the women’s water shoe selection is seriously lacking. It makes no sense to have such a gap in inventory, especially at a water park where water shoes are essential.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. When I purchased a pair of shoes, I asked for a bag, and the cashier flat-out lied to my face, claiming they didn’t have any. I had just seen her give a bag to the person in front of me, so I questioned it, and she doubled down on the lie. Then, another cashier joined in to back her up. To see if I was overreacting, I waited to see if they gave out more bags after I left, and sure enough, they did.
I have no idea what the issue was, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. If you're visiting, be prepared for inconsistent service and limited options if you're a woman looking for water shoes. Very disappointing!
