点评：I’ll start with my 2 major complaints.
We booked the economic room which before we booked we had called for all the information and we were told to book in the Maison Cordee house because it was renovated. When we called to reserve our 3 night stay in the renovated house , upon arrival we were given another house , but not only that, we were given a room in the basement , and then told that only the staff stay in the basements. If we were told we would be placed in a basement we would have gladly upgraded. We don’t know why we were not booked in the renovated house as we made our reservation to be in it, but we were booked in another house in a basement. They did not offer us to upgrade and did nothing. The second day we were there, I had just changed into my bathing and was sitting on the foot of my bed when all of a sudden a man just opened my door and stood there . I was shocked and terrified ( being in the basement of a house , wtf!!! ) he said he came to inspect and didn’t know someone was there!! I was stunned and scared , he then shut the door. If it was just a minute earlier he would have caught me changing. We went to tell the front desk right away and the lady at the desk went to find the manager but wasn’t there. She said she would make sure the manager heard about this. All that to say they never followed up with me about this !
The spa itself is nice and relaxing, I did want to unwind and tried my best. Those were really my 2 major complaints.
