Avoid avoid avoid!! Staff poorly of not at all trained in customer service.

点评：We arrived on Aug 12th with a group of teens, some of who have special needs. Despite telephone confirmation that we would be able to buy jugs of diluting juice on site at £4 a jug, we were unable to buy anything as it was 'only for birthday parties.' I showed staff my email confirmation but they still would not budge.
Now this does not sound like a big deal (and under normal circumstances wouldn't be) but I can't just leave a group (7) teenagers alone while going to get juice from a shop goodness knows where and loading them all in the car with all their equipment again would result in major issues and delays, and us potentially missing our slot to jump.
Sadly the ladies toilets were filthy, urine all over the floor and if you were to wear any trousers or a skirt that's floor length, you'd be mopping up the urine for them.
Add to this that last year we were booked in wrongly and had to hang around for an hour before the kids could go on, I would say be very careful before you book here. Not only were the staff unhelpful and far from knowledgeable, when I pointed out their incompetence, I was met with a 'well the people working here are 18 years old, of course they're going to make mistakes.' I was taken aback by the lack of accountability
