Memorable day on Eastern Reeks .. a true highlight for us with 20 years hiking experience behind us

点评：We have hiked most of the Reeks by various routes over the years but the classic Knocknapeasta Ridge over The Big Gun and Cruach Mhor eluded us. In 2023 we were guided by John as far as Knocknapeasta when the weather changed. No Ridge, by agreement, that day. So two years on we contacted John again, we would be staying locally for 2 weeks, we agreed to watch and wait for appropriate weather. Waited 10 days!! Lots of communication from John throughout .. a real strong point of John's. Then weather changed and "All Go". We had a wonderful, hard, fun, sunny day out across the Ridge, led by John's colleague Eamonn. Same high standard of professional guiding, safety and care for us all along the way. We were really glad to be guided by such a professional team since safe route finding on the Ridge is a bit of a challenge .. and sometimes the margin for error is very small. No bother to Eamonn. We highly recommend John and his team for whatever Guiding you require. It takes away all the pressure especially if you are in a mixed group or, like us, wanted something "a bit special". Thanks John and Eamonn
