点评：We stayed at LUX Grand Gaube for 10 days during late October and had an amazing. The hospitality, warmth and friendliness from every member of the team was over and above.
A huge thankyou to the team at The Palm Court. Although it is difficult to mention all the names but a few members that made it special for us were Yasser, Jason, Renu, Aarti, Akshay and not to mention Chef Singh, Deepak and Raman who were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating in making sure our food requests were fulfilled with warmth, smile and taste. The welcoming smile and service from Naresh in the INTI Peruvian Restaurant will be remembered. The guys working at the beach were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Reedoo and Yosra at the front Reception Desk. The dedication and commitment was on a different level. Exceptionally impressive. Our experience of our interaction with all the staff was truly an experience to be remembered.
We felt everyone took a special interest in our stay at the LUX from senior management to all the staff.
Had an amazing time and left wonderful memories. Would definitely revisit in the future.
