点评：I booked a massage half an hour before the appointment time through the link on their website, ran from my hotel to make it and when I arrived was told that there was no massage therapist available. Apparently they had double booked and the link I used was not direct with them, despite being the only one on their website. A couple turned up at the same time as my appointment and were shown in so it appears that they gave my booking to a more lucrative option as it was clearly showing as available 30 minutes previously and I had a booking confirmation. They then told me that they wouldn’t refund my money as I would have to claim it back from the third party directly linked to on their website. I had to get them to email me to confirm that they had cancelled my booking with no notice and now I wait to see if I’ll be refunded… They did tell me I could wait and have a massage in an hour, which I couldn’t do, and when I checked on their website booking link there was no availability at the time they were saying so the whole thing’s a shambles and shouldn’t be trusted. Don’t waste your time, it’s too precious.
