Nice surprise! Great beach!

点评：The beach was a short walk and is near a Sheraton hotel. It is a very, very good swimming and sunning beach over 1000 feet wide. Several aspiring surfboarders were taking lessons on the south end and having a good time. Shade trees exist or you can use an umbrella for shade. Most visitors didn't use umbrellas due to the abundance of available shady spots. A public beach shower and restroom are also available. I assume that one could also visit the bar/restaurant at the Sheraton just off the beach.
We were led to believe that public parking existed. We did find some, and it seems that only four spots are available for "the public" not staying at the Sheraton. Luckily, we arrived early on a weekday, so we did find a spot for ourselves. I don't know if any other public parking exists besides those four spots. If you can find parking, it is worth it for a half-day at the beach.
