The Big Shoot – Clay Shooting的点评
点评：Skip it. Useless directions, dismal value for money, truly callous customer service.
Our real issue was that one young guest in our group had her father go on life-support a couple weeks before the event. The company claimed they couldn't adjust the numbers because they'd "already ordered the clay pigeons." They're a clay pigeon shooting business. Surely they could use the extra clay pigeons with a future customer? Especially in such tragic and unusual circumstances. A decent business knows when to step in and do the right thing.
When we offered proof that the man then passed away days before the event, they suggested some sort of crowd-funding campaign to arrange a refund. It felt callous, amateur and disingenuous.
We ended up paying them £600+ (over 200 extra) for a truly underwhelming experience. They didn't even let the guests use those aforementioned extra clay pigeons in their shooting session.
Just, honestly, go somewhere else.
