点评:This is my experience of the assistance I received today from a person who he called Michael.
Yesterday I went on line to redeem a voucher i received from a relative for my birthday. I filled in the online form with my name, e mail, phone number and other details which i sent off. I would have expected a confirmation booking but received none. I then phoned the assistance "Helpline" just to confirm they had my details, the assistance was closed.
After 9am today I telephoned for assistance and a Michael answered. This person is in the wrong job. I explained the history of my problem and was informed I could only redeem my voucher online, I again explained I had done so the previous night and this is why I was phoning for assistance. This person didn't listen to my problem, talked over me, was completely unhelpful, treated me like I was stupid, misinformed me, withheld information and had me raging at the way I was being treated by him and his company. If any of his supervisors have any interests in this company then they can easily listen to the recording that was to be taken for training purposes.
My grievance is not with the venues who hold these sports but with the company who take their cut and do less than nothing for a cut of the price.
My daughter paid £70 to THE BIG SHOOT for a voucher, if she had booked direct it would have cost her £58. It may be only £12 of a difference but when you are treated the way this company treats its customers I am sure you would have a better experience booking direct
