Terrible attitude
Little Mermaid Dive Resort的点评
点评：Would have loved to give this dive shop 5 stars because as an overall they did organize 2 days of private diving with a great guide and an ok boat (for the Philippines). The let downs were
1) despite chartering a private boat, at a pretty high price, they made no arrangements for lunch or snacks despite being a full day outing. It was at the last minute, just before leaving that they quickly arranged lunch but this meant forgotten cutlery, no snacks and a general disorganization.
2) when booking we asked if we can make payment and they said not to worry about it, however at the end of the second day of diving, straight off the boat, they demanded payment and of course, since we were diving the whole day we did not carry a large amount of cash or other forms of payment. Despite knowing where we were staying, their solution was to hold our group "captive" while one of us rushed to the hotel to get a form of payment and bring it back to release "the prisoners".
This could have been handled a lot more professionally by taking payment when it was offered or sending one of their team with us to our hotel for us to make payment there or allowing us to come the next day to make payment.
I do understand there is a trust issue with the third option, however, they didn't seem to have a problem with this for day 1. Having said this, they could have chosen any other polite option to solve this.
We were on a tiny island where everybody knows each other.
