点评：This is a very poor trip, and someone (else) is going to get seriously hurt here (a previous review noted 4 broken ribs). On arrival, myself and my two girls (9 & 12) were shown to the first cenote (which was underground), and told to jump in through a hole 4 metres above the water. No briefing, no explanation, and no mandatory life jackets (we had to ask for them, even for the kids).
What they didn't tell us was that there were scuba divers in the cenote swimming below, and we could easily have landed on top of them. We managed to find the stairs, which were a rotting wooden platform help together with rusty nails. There was literally no light and you couldn't see where you were swimming. Staff just left us to it, and their was no first aid or lifeguard in stand by. Truly awful.
The second cenote was a little better, but again, and the structures were poorly constructed, and two guests on opposite zip lines were close to colliding in mid air as staff couldn't coordinate properly. The staff were unhelpful and disinterested at best. We hve done some great tips in Quntana Roo, and this is the only one we have had cause to complain about. Save your money, go on a better trip.
