点评：This is the biggest rip off of all time. The first class carriage was no different from the second class carriage. In fact it was worse with absolutely no extra leg room. We paid 229 pounds to sit at a laminate table on a 1990s nothing carriage and drink a tiny cup of tea from a thermos that was luke warm. No steam carriage. The journey was nothing and the town at the end was nothing from special. The only reference to Harry Potter was the viaduct the train passed over which you absolutely could not see and so the whole experience was a huge waste of money. For real Harry Potter enthusiasts, stand at the bottom of the viaduct and look up for free. When we complained the staff told us they agreed but the company was based in London and there was nothing they could do except say they were sorry. Shameful company. Shameful experience.
