点评：My wife and I went to Devon for a few days to unwind, and while we were exploring, we ended up crossing into Somerset and stumbled upon Bude—and honestly, we’re so glad we did. We had no idea this little corner of Cornwall held such a treasure.
Summerleaze Beach is absolutely beautiful. Wide stretches of soft golden sand, great surf, and that fresh sea breeze that instantly lifts your mood. We weren’t planning on stopping long, but the place just pulled us in.
The sea pool was a lovely surprise—ideal for a swim without having to brave the waves—and the coastal walks are simply breathtaking. Standing up on the cliffs, looking out over the ocean, we both had one of those moments where everything just feels right.
It’s got a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. We grabbed a couple of pasties, wandered through town, and just soaked it all in. Didn’t want to leave, to be honest.
We’ll definitely be coming back—it’s the kind of place that sneaks into your heart.
