Pam "Carry Nation" makes this park where fun goes to die.

点评：Well, this state park was mediocre, moderate, meh.
The good
Clean washrooms
Nice to have the lean-to
Liked having a place to wash dishes.
Having a Saturday night movie was fun (though it started 20 mins earlier than we were told.)
The bad
Vermont gets a lot of rain. There was a lot of gumbo clay rich mud in front of the lean-to. Mud everywhere. A truckload of gravel on front of the lean-to and around the fire pit would do wonders. Strangely enough, I saw piles of gravel. Could it be used for that? A rain gutter on the lean-to would be cheap and make the stay nicer if raining.
The water was silty. No beach. I don't mind a rocky shore but the zebra mussels ruined that. Sooooo many zebra mussels. Worse than the Great Lakes. To be fair, this is no marks against the park but campers beware.
The woman (Ranger Pam) who is the park ranger needs to chill out. It is a state park, not where fun goes to die. She bikes around like Carry Nation, giving people hell for making any noise at all.
It was sub par. Would I go back? Definitely not.
