Interesting tour, but loads of room for improvement (especially with the admin)

点评：We both enjoyed the actual tour, covering the key area of the RMA at Sandhurst, including the chapel and museum. It's a very historic place, and is quite hard for the public to gain access to normally.
During our visit there was a major international conference going on, and this meant that the running order of the tour had to be substantially modified (to be fair this was handled well by the volunteer guide). There were times when the guide read, say, from a memorial meaning we couldn't hear - and this needs to be sorted out.
The admin priory to the tour I felt was poor, no on line booking system, all handled by multiple emails back and fro - if they are to do more tours they badly need a professional on line one stop booking system. We were given 2 different postcodes for the correct gate, and no one answered the emergency phone number we'd been given. Numerous people on the tour had difficulty with theses issues. We had a long discussion with one of the tour organisers and I think they understand that this wasn't handled smoothly and the importance of making changes.
Potentially the RMA has huge tourist potential, mostly untapped at the moment.
Overall, worthwhile, but could be so much better.
