We were happy and delighted to know that there would be staff out there in the water with us to help us in case of an emergency while in the waterjet flipped my husband had a panic attack in the water while the jet was flipped over waiting for help to come and no one ever came out To help us, we figured it out I was able to get us back to shore safely. We did not see an employee so we got closer back to the dock and then he laughingly said by time I noticed that you were in the water you guys had it figured out and apologized, telling us that they were switching positions and was going into doc and the other one was coming out about it and said it happens all the time meanwhile and complete embarrassment. My husband was mortified with his heart racing. We were stuff with the hose and we left without words on the way out. I was asked how everything was and I said huh and continued on with my day later on, I reached out to the manager via email and at first she seemed concerned later to find out that she would call me and try to justify the fact that I was lying and that there were people in the water to help me and they did assist me basically calling me a liar and telling me what happened did not happen. She told me how there’s two sides to every story. There was only one side of the story. There was no staff around to help.
