点评：We had the pleasure of meeting Mohammed at breakfast, and oh my, what an incredibly kind and wonderful person he is. From the very first moment, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel truly at home. His kindness, professionalism, and sincere hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
It was also so special and comforting that he spoke Berber. Being able to communicate in our native language made us feel even more connected and welcomed. It added a very personal touch to our experience that we truly appreciated.
We already missed him the moment we checked out and continued our journey. When we arrived at our next resort, we immediately noticed that the service simply wasn’t the same. It made us realize even more how exceptional the staff at Marchica are.
At Marchica, you are treated like royalty. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, but Mohammed truly stole our hearts. We will definitely come back, even if it’s just to see the wonderful Mohammed again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
