点评：I really wanted to love this place — the setting is beautiful and the experience was relaxing at the time. Unfortunately, both my girlfriend and I developed painful skin reactions after visiting on April 26th. I had multiple spots of folliculitis under my arms, and she developed a rash in her groin area. We suspect it was due to either the water quality or lack of proper rinsing — the showers were under construction, and there were very limited options for rinsing off after soaking.
I emailed customer service with details and attached our ticket confirmation, but never received a response. It’s disappointing that there was no follow-up, especially since we were hoping to handle this privately and give the team a chance to make it right.
I’m sharing this so others can be aware — and I hope the facility addresses water quality and hygiene protocols more proactively in the future.
