Not as good as previous visits, disappointing cafe menu, though staff nice enough.

点评：It needs to make its mind up on the name - lake or reservoir - there are 2 review areas on here.
We went for breakfast, which on previous visits has been good. Then we were off for a walk & mushroom spotting & picking as its a good place for this.
The cafe unfortunately has had a down grade of menu and a bizarre one at that. The same amount of staff employed, at times outnumbering the guests in the morning, so whilst they may be cutting costs, their logic is questionable.
So, now you cant have a full breakfast, you can have a breakfast...roll (that's a no butter toasted small sourdough-ish bun). However, you can have extras in and around your breakfast roll....and these include every single item you would ordinarily get on a plate (beans, eggs, hash browns etc. etc.) and called a full breakfast?? When queried, we were told we could have just the extras on a plate (err a full breakfast then..), but the price per item was high, then it was suggested that the extras price was 2 of everything? But it did not say this on the menu. Cake selection, once great, now awful. Lunch menu is reduced to snack like things, though they did have pies and chips separately, but none of their previous lovely burgers/ veg burgers. They serve the rolls on a medium plate so the same washing up has to be done.....
Such a shame, as whilst the reservoir (also called lake) is nice, you cant walk around it for 6 months of the year anyway. The opening days for water sports has also been reduced.
We probably wont go there again, oh and the car parking price is a lot if there's nothing there........

真可惜，虽然水库（也叫湖）很漂亮，但一年中有6个月你都不能绕着它走。水上运动的开放时间也减少了。
我们可能不会再去那里了，哦，如果那里什么都没有的话，停车费会很高……
