点评：Well what a fantastic place! This was our first ever camping trip away as a family and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to go. The set up is absolutely fantastic! The staff are all so lovely and helpful. On arrival our pitch was a bit waterlogged, it was no problem, the lady on reception let us change pitch to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We were very lucky and had amazing weather while we were there. We stayed Wednesday to Saturday (but actually ended up booking an additional night stay because we were having such a great time)
We booked a few of the activities, my boys did the Crazy bugs, wall climbing and we all did kayaking. I was happy with the prices for these activities as the length of time you get is very generous.
The pump track was an absolute hit with my boys (and the grown ups) we all spent hours on it. The trails were brilliant! On the first day we cycled round the entire lake, (unintentionally) it was over 6 miles. The views were lovely, theres a lot of up hills but the beauty of that is getting to go down them! We enjoyed splashing through all the mud and although it was tiring it was a brilliant experience.
I want to give a special mention to Justin who lead the Crazy Bug and Wall climbing activities for my boys, he made it so enjoyable for them. Also a big shout out to Ollie who was in charge of our kayaking experience. What an absolute lovely lad. So polite, considerate and helpful. He made our day! My boys loved him! I wish him well with his future endeavours!
I will absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know. It was absolutely brilliant!!
