Rude and terrible service

点评：Worst customer service ever. Lady at window was so rude! The signs say must be 55inches to ride which we checked before (at his last doctors visit he was 55.5inches). She then opened the window and dropped a wooden stick down from window and hit him on top of head. Then rudely told him to move to side, the stick pulled a chunk of his hair out. No apologies for any of it- just an annoyed expression. Then said rudely he could hit ride. When we expressed that he was in fact tall enough over 55in she then said they measured to the middle of the forehead! Despite this being the craziest measurement, and very subjective, it appeared it was the middle of his forehead. But wouldn't measure again. When we again said the signs say 55 in, that should be corrected and is not accurate, she just said he must be over 55. Then asked us to leave.
