Isle Royale Seaplanes的点评
点评：Do not book with this company! We were taking our elderly relatives on a long awaited day trip to Isle Royale, and the company assured us four times that there would be no issue with returning later that day.
Our plane never returned that day. We were stuck overnight on the island, completely unprepared, and had to sleep in bunk beds in an extremely overpriced, rundown park cabin. It was a terrible experience.
The rangers (who were not particularly helpful) explained that the plane never returned because of an impending storm, which didn't materialize. The Isle Royale Seaplanes staff should have informed us of this possibility instead of assuring us multiple times that we would return.
When we were finally picked up the next day, the Isle Royale crew and staff were completely rude, unsympathetic, and unprofessional. No one apologized. One of the pilots even told our elderly relatives that they should be grateful for the extra night on the island.
If you really want to see Isle Royale, find another mode of transportation.
