点评：We had a pre-paid reservation for six people including tastings, lunch, and gratuity (totaling $503) and while we received multiple confirmations, when we arrived no one was there (doors were locked). We had arrived 10 minutes early, which was 50 minutes after they would have opened (if they follow their own hours). We stayed for 40 minutes (30 min past reservation time) to see if anyone would show up. During this time, I called them (voicemail) and emailed them. No answer, no response. A wine club member also arrived shortly after we did, and wasn't overly surprised the doors were locked (she left quickly). I've tried to reach them every day since then, no answer, no response.
Had there been any communication on their part, I wouldn't be this upset. But they continue to hold our money, provide no service, and refuse to acknowledge a call or email. This isn't a business, it's a money grab.
