WiFi unreliable, workspace unusable, management unresponsive
Reynolds Retreat的点评
点评：I joined Reynolds Retreat in January 2025 after being told I could use it both as a gym and a workspace. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
WiFi: I specifically asked before joining if the WiFi was suitable for remote working and was assured it was. In reality, the connection has been unstable throughout my membership dropping out regularly during calls, making it unusable for work. Speed tests may look fine, but that does not mean the connection is stable enough for video calls.
Workspace: I was also told I could use the upstairs area to work, but was frequently asked to move because of bookings.
Cleanliness and staff professionalism: I raised concerns about cleanliness and inappropriate staff behaviour, which were acknowledged but not fully resolved.
Management response: I tried to resolve matters directly and even escalated to the area manager, Adam Davison, but my email was ignored. Only after pursuing the issue further did they agree to let me terminate early.
For the price point, I expected a professional and reliable service. Instead, I feel I paid for months of membership without being able to use the Retreat as advertised. Disappointing experience overall.
