Awful/rude with a staff member

点评：Me and my family attended planet zoom for ours Nephews late Brithday... we prebooked online so it was fast tracked, but I'd accidentally booked to fewer people, which I hadn't realised..
On arrival we was met by one of the team at the desk who I beleive was a manager, I had politely said I'd booked for our family and my sisters family online where I was told I'd not booked the right amount.. by this I was confused as I thought I had, Chris who was dealing with us was very snappy and very rude to his visitors and staff! Our children were so excited to attend the soft play and was really excited, as we all know excited children make a lot of noise which is expected.. Chirs was getting stressed and angry at the fact he couldn't hear and the children were making a lot of noise due to the excitement!
As the children went into the soft play I went back to sort the issues out with Chris to resolve the issue, as we was sorting it out on of his staff came along to talk to him about something and he was very horrible to this staff member... I was just so shocked at how he was towards his visitors and staff!
This situation made me so upset and every made me cry and made our whole experience awful and we will 100% nor be attending again!
If I could give this 0 stars I would!
