Excellent travel service in Sri Lanka
Sri Lankan Personal Drivers的点评
点评：SLPD arranged a two week excursion for me to Sri Lanka. I gave them the places I wanted to visit and then they put together an itinerary which I approved. The gave me a selection of excellent hotels, arranged a driver and guid to be with us and arranged excursions (train journey through the hill country to Ella which was beautiful, safari in Wilpattu National Park, Dambulla Caves and Sigiriya Rock and a Tuk Tuk trip through tea plantations to Lipton’s Seat).
They were really good and I would recommend them. I live in the UK and they are based in Sri Lanka but provided a good service. They did ask for a deposit to secure our hotel rooms but the majority of the payments were made when we landed in Colombo so you don’t have to go too much on trust although I did trust them. The driver and guide they provided to us were excellent (Rashan and Guyan), really excellent and really became members of the family during our time. They really went out of their way to ensure we had what we wanted and got the best of the trip. Rashan was often full of ideas for restaurants around the country or places to stop as additional sightseeing. We had 9 people in our group, extending from age 14 to age 80 so there were a lot of differing demands to meet but they did these really well. We had a bus so lots of room for everyone.
Jaya who runs the service met us at the airport to welcome us and introduce us to the driver and guide so it felt like a slick service. We were even given welcome necklaces at the Airport which was a nice touch! I would definitely use them again.
