点评：Started attending the club for bingo and social enhancement. One evening i attended and went to look for a table my friend, who is disabled, missing a limb and sits in a wheelchair. The hostess shouted across the room, "you can sit there". even though there was no acess or restrictions applied to anyone. This was not handled disgreetly or in a dignified way. Complaints were made about access to the disabled toilet that the door and space are difficult to mange. This was all reported and complained about in writing to the committee with no action taken due to the letters being anonymous. We didnt put names due to our membership been threatened and reaponse from the hostess as we have witnessed a backlash before to others who have complained. The club breaches the human rigts act and equlity act therefore it is not inclusive. Since then my friend has not returned and neither have I. Some of the staff are rude, especially the club managers daughter who thinks and knows she is untouchable, and have attitudes that can be intimidating.
