DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

点评：If I could give zero stars I would.
First, the rental place is unmarked. It is a huge catering company with an unrelated name; there is no signage for Toop Vespa.
Second, it is nowhere near the Cortona countryside as the website would lead you to believe. It is in an industrial area on busy main roads, miles away and nowhere near the countryside.
Third and most importantly, I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I rented an Ape online for me and 3 other people to use for the day. It was only after we paid for the rental in person were we told that only 3 people can ride in the Ape. Nowhere on their website, nor in the written contract was it stated that no more than 3 people could ride in the Ape. The manager blamed me for not asking if 4 people could use the Ape. Being from America where we do not have such vehicles, I had no way to know to ask such a question. The very rude and unprofessional manager refused to give us our money back even though we could not and did not use the vehicle. Clearly she knew she was in the wrong because we noticed later on that day that she added onto the website that only 3 people can use an Ape. We have before and after pictures of the website to prove that she changed it after our encounter. Do yourself a favor and avoid this "business" at any cost.
