点评：I travelled from Cwmbran to Pontypool to catch the 8.09am bus X1 to Brynmawr.
I was at the bus stop 20.minutes early.
5 min before due time a bus pulls in with NOT IN SERVICE on the front and it pulled into bus stop 3. The X1 stops at Bus Stop 1 so I thought nothing of it..
A few minutes later I thought to myself maybe that NOT IN SERVICE bus is the Brynmawr bus so I went to check and it's still showing NOT IN SERVICE. 30 seconds later it pulled off.
My Brynmawr Bus never arrived..
I called Phil Anslow and was told the bus left on time..
Thank you Mr Driver for not considering me, I was the only person on the bus stop and you drove away with NOT IN SERVICE on display.
I then had to catch a seperate bus back to Cwmbran in order to catch the next bus to Brynmawr.. I arrived over 1 hour late.
