Wanted to stay, wanted to dine, and get engaged, maybe to get married here... looks like nothing is going to happen.

点评：Wanted to book a room, and organise a surprise engagement for my partner. The reception phone is cutting of after about 10 rings so give up trying.
Than sent an email to info@ and to rendezveny@ emails on the 3rd of October.
On the same day Georgine from events team told me she will contact me on the next morning for details. Unfortunately this didnt happen so I called her mobile later ans she texted me as she was busy on the meeting, she will call me back.
Didn’t happen. I called the hotel next day again and managed to speak to reception asked them to try and find my email, they said they have a reception email access only, so I forwarded to them, and been promised a call back
Didn’t happen.
So again another day or two going by and no news of anyone from this hotel.
In my sadnes trying to call all numbers from the site, manage to speak to property sales deparment where get promises the gentleman will text my number to reception team so I will be called back.
Again nothing happened.
Kind a give up.
Had such a hope for this property, but just impossible to make it happen. They must have a lot of busness, if they can afford to loose it like this.
