点评：We had our son’s 5th birthday party here and I felt compelled to write a review. We initially booked the party months in advance, but they called us to say they had accidentally double booked us. We were a little unhappy but they actually moved us to a time and date that suited us much better. They were very apologetic and threw in some free stuff to by way of an apology which was great. They did everything they could really to sort it out. After that they were fantastic.
Bella was brilliant. She and her team greeted my wife and I and our kids so well. They were so happy to see us and that was apparent in our kids faces. My son had a superhero theme which was agreed in advance and they offered superhero masks and capes to our kids and to all the kids that attended. When she rang to take payment a few days earlier she said they would take care of the decorations and I had asked if they could possibly get some Batman inspired stuff, but she said they went out to local shops to try and find things but they couldn’t but I was really happy they went out to try. Very thoughtful. The private party room itself was brilliantly decorated. I was genuinely wowed! They did such a good job.
All the team were great on the day, with the kids and my son and his friends all had a great time. I have to say Bella and her team were fabulous throughout from the moment we booked.
