From the start, his behavior was rude and aggressive.

fully knowing that we were traveling with a 1-year-old child.
This level of insensitivity and lack of basic courtesy is simply inexcusable.
He had no knowledge of the route and kept asking us for directions, saying things like, “ Check on google and tell me where to go, I don’t know.”
It was clear he had not prepared for the trip at all.
When we mentioned we’d like to reach our hotel early to rest, he sarcastically responded, “What will you even do after reaching early?”
This entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and upsetting.
Drivers are the face of the travel agency, and such behavior reflects extremely poorly on the service.
I sincerely request to take immediate action and prevent others from facing such treatment in the future.
