Truly Dreadful, Rude and Inhospitable
Cambrian Bed And Breakfast的点评
点评:Called in with 3 friends for a drink, after a lovely day at the Royal Welsh Show. From the moment we entered the door, the barman/manager was incredibly rude - the kind who would make Basil Fawlty look like he’s running the Four Seasons.
Standing patiently in line while my friends ordered drinks (‘only cans’ proudly announced), the barman asked me what I wanted. It seemed I had dared look as if I wanted something. I said ‘nothing’ as my friend was ordering for me.
When I then dared to use the toilet - a dark and miserable affair - he shouted after me, told me clearly I did want something, and then talked to my friends about how angry he was that I had said ‘nothing’ and he was sick of dealing with people like me. All of my friends chose to leave without drinking and he was still ranting as I chose to say ‘thank you very much’ rather than what I really wanted to say.
One of the most miserable, least hospitable people I have ever come across and clearly someone who has no place in hospitality - he doesn’t know the meaning of the word.
A truly dreadful place.
