点评：We went for both the tour and dinner.
First the tour: that was really disorganized, we had reservations, checked in but after waiting well past the tour start time for a guide, found out that they had just started with a few other people and missed the group waiting. The tour was interesting as this was a distillery operation versus just an aging building. Tastings were plentiful and with a lot of variety. So after a bit of a rocky start, the guide more than recovered and we had fun.
Second the dinner: We started with amazing cocktails (Old Fashioneds) and moved on to some really good meals, that were prepared well and had beautiful presentations. The Truffle Gruyere Hashbrowns were delicious, the ribeye very good, and the salmon wonderful. The bourbon bread pudding was a delightful end to the great meal.
