Inappropriate behaviour by deckhand, and tourists put ahead of local community members

点评：Have had one too many negative experiences on this service not to comment!
Firstly, the male "deckhand" on the vessel literally lifted my Son's legs up so his whole body was over the side and water, and pretended to throw him overboard! Aside from the fact this individual under any circumstances should not be touching children (or anyone!) Our Son is now traumatised whenever we catch the ferry, particularly when this man is working, which seems to be most of the time.
Secondly, we had a day planned with family to take our bikes over on a Sunday afternoon.
They seemed to be utilising the same ferry as what the Sunday old persons cruise was on.
As there was a full bus load of tourists, a significant amount of community members were turned away with bikes!
If this company is meant to be providing a service to the community, then supply another vessel for the Sunday cruise! Extremely poor service with significant impact on the community, to put tourists first.
