it was a horrible experience awful customer service.

点评：I would give this 0 stars if I could.
the pool was filthy the water was murky and there was a dead fish in it and a crawdad that bit me family member THAT WAS IN THE POOL. the food prices are INSANE 15 dollars for a burger with no sides the sauces in an extremely small container are a dollar each a side of fries is 5 dollars!!
the customer service is the absolute worst especially emma the general manager I'm guessing all the other employees have such bad customer service is because of her. my family member was walking on the planked area with chairs and tables on the right side of the pool and a plank sank threw he wasn't even actually complaining he just mentioned it to me and my other family members and emma came up and said "he was being ridiculous" in a very rude tone when he wasnt even talking to her my family member made sure to tell her she was being unnecessarily rude which she had a rude reaction to and even said "it's past your time here you need to leave" we reserved a spot for a little girls birthday party and we were just throwing away the last of our trash and were only 10-15 minutes behind schedule. also everytime we went and bought their overpriced food they seemed very annoyed and even would say "again?" everyone was very rude there was one older lady with colored hair that was nice but that's it. veyo pools is very disappointing and should be ashamed to call themselves a "resort" and Emma should be fired for her horrible behavior towards her polite PAYING customers
