点评:We have been coming to Hawaii for years as the kids enjoy the cool slides and the tsunami pool! However as a tip for the park management I would say:
1) train your staff in costumer service especially at the entrance.
2) try to train your employees at the shop so they can be positive ambassadors for your waterpark.
3) don’t charge for EVERYTHING. The things you ask money for is absolutely ridiculous. I understand Corona has been tough but this is a different kind of making up for losses… in my opinion it actually will cost you money rather than make you more money in the long run.
4) the ‘new’ Hawaii does not have chairs to sit anymore (weird) and only a limited number of gazebos. So people who have spent a lot of money already are forced to either sit on the ground or rent an overpriced gazebo.
