Expect long queues in Cowes
Cowes Floating Bridge的点评
点评：TripAdvisor does sometimes amaze me with the things that you can review, but anyway. When my friends and I visited the Isle of Wight we had no idea that the Floating Bridge was a thing, we were just following the SatNav to get to our accommodation - as such when we ended up in what seemed to be an incredibly stationary and random queue we were very confused. I think perhaps there could be some signposts a bit sooner in Cowes because the road to it backs up very easily, and we definitely weren't the only tourists that ended up driving around the nearby streets in confusion.
Travelling on the Floating Bridge is a bit of a novelty and I think we were all happy to have given it a go, and it was certainly interesting one evening to walk down from East Cowes to watch it, but when I am on the Isle of Wight next I'm unlikely to make a point of visiting.
If you do want to give this a go, I'd recommend travelling from East Cowes to Cowes as the queues were a lot less. The cost is reasonable, with different prices for a return or for passengers/cyclists.
