Very positive experience, with repeat!
Roll n Bowl的点评
点评：I had an excellent experience in organizing a birthday party at Roll n Bowl, was just going to leave a brief review until I read the other negative reviews and felt I should detail my much different, very positive experience.
Booking Itself - I went to book the party about two weeks ago. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave me plenty options of dates and times and helped me make the final decision.
Pre Party - Roll N Bowl rang during the week to finalize/confirm the details, answered a number of my last minute queries.
Day itself (Sunday July 6th) - we were completely taken care from the minute we walked in. My sense was they were hugely organized, they had the names of guests up (for bowling) before most of the guests arrived, they relieved me of the cake/party bags/decorations.
Our party had three events - bowling, laser tag and soccer. A staff member appeared each time and took the guests from one to the other. Drinks were provided mid games. Everything ran smoothly.
Party/Food - space we were given was clean and well presented, the cake etc that we had brought was there for us, they served the hot food within seconds of the guests arriving in to the area. Again, my impression was they were well organized and everything ran smoothly.
My over all experience (this time as a party organizer, and previously as a dad dropping off guests, or brining my own kids) - I'm impressed. Price is competitive, everything is well presented and laid out, the place hums with efficiency which allows the kids to get on with what they're there to do, i.e. have fun.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Roll n' Bowl, I was surprised to read that others have had very different experiences, and felt out of fairness as my experience was so different that I should take the time to write a detailed review.
Thanks Roll n Bowl, we had a good day, our guests had a good day and our birthday lad was delighted with himself.

我的总体体验（这次是作为派对组织者，之前是作为父亲送客人，或者带自己的孩子来）——印象深刻。价格很有竞争力，一切都摆放整齐，场地效率很高，孩子们可以尽情玩耍，玩得开心。
我会毫不犹豫地推荐 Roll n' Bowl，我很惊讶地发现其他人的体验截然不同，而且我觉得不公平，因为我的经历如此不同，所以我应该花时间写一篇详细的评论。
