Urine, snot and absent health and safety

点评：Took my daughter swimming and left half way through our time slot. The experience started well with the manager greeting customers on their arrival. We walked through to the changing rooms and immediately saw the floors swimming with excess water and looking grimey. Next came the over powering smell of urine. We left and walked to the outdoor pool to set up our blanket and get in the pool. This area was marginally better but not enticing. The rapids were shut and the weather turned so we chose to check out the indoor pool. We swam a few lengths but wading through the dis-guarded plasters and what looked like snot floating through the water and the grime on the walls/tiles of the pool, this tipped us over the edge so we chose to get out. As we headed for the changing cubicals there was a lifeguard using a mop to soak up the excess water on the floor. He was just pushing the water around. My 2yr old could have done better. I spoke with the manager to highlight my concerns of the unsanitary environment and the dangers of the wet floor and was informed they were short staffed and the safety of those in the water was their priority. I pray someone doesn't fall over and hit their head or contract a stomach bug because surely that's just as important. If you cant manage to meet the health and safety standards across the board, you should not be open.
