It was the worst planned trip till date I had.
1. Very Poor coordination from Adventure Mania - - Waited for the car till the last day before the trip & was allotted a car that does not fit my preference, which I very clearly mentioned during booking. But literally no option for me to request for a change of car at last moment. - The payment at the hotel was not done, where I needed to wait at the hotel lobby for 45 minutes to get a checkout clearance. - Communication with the transport & Driver was zero - there was almost zero information passed on to driver properly - itinerary, timing, plan - nothing was clear with driver. I had to call up every time to the agent to get the coordination done & get it agreed between the driver & Adventuremania. If I had to do this, I could have taken an independent trip rather than going through AdentureMania.
2. Very Bad, Uncultured, Rude driver - completely messed up our trip- From the very beginning Driver (Raju, Car no. T11 23 HR 2133CF) was reluctant - he indicted several times, if he knew there was sightseeing in the plan, he would not have taken this assignment.- Every now & then, the Driver would say - I will not take you at this point, this is very far - Then I have to console him, talk to Adventure mania to get him agreed. And finally he refused to take us to 3-4 points that was already committed in iteniary.- The driver went to the extreme on the last day of the trip - On the way back from Nainital to Gurgaon, we stopped at a restaurant. After we left the restaurant, Driver said that he would not start the car until he gets the payment. When we as customers had made the full payment before the trip, the Driver made me & my family (with 3 senior citizens & 1 kid) stand in the middle of a road for 45 minutes & he only started the car when he got some money in his account from Adventure Mania / Transporter which was pending payable to the Driver. This was unacceptable from any customer's point & I would literally want compensation for this harassment from Adventure mania.
If you have no capability to manage a trip, manage your transporters & drivers - stop fooling around & bluffing customers that you provide the best trip experience.
For me you are the worst trip provider in my life till date - with Zero focus on Customer Satisfaction & Quality Support.
Also, from Travel Triangle - the Trip Guide Vaibhav Kumar (8448192949) was not contactable when I had all this suffering & wanted to get his help. On the Sunday afternoon he conveniently kept his phone switched off & was probably enjoying his holiday. @Travel Triangle - If you have no responsibility, then why do you charge the Service fee from customers on all this trip. Where does your accountability come in this whole process?
