Park Ranger Needs Customer Service Skills Training

点评：I went with several friends on a recent camping trip, some of our Friends brought there Dogs with them. One friend had a new puppy that was being training but it had escaped from its Leash when our friends exited there tent.
Wendy the Park Ranger saw the dog unleased and told its owner that it was there 1st strike, no mention of 'Hey Keep your dog on a Leash'. Obviously not a good experience.
Wendy also did not like where one of the Campers was parked even though there was no sign stating No parking. That friend decided to leave given the work entailed to reset up the Camper. Obviously not a good experience.
Wendy the Park Ranger came back the next day and our friend received a second strike for there dog unleashed.
This could have been easiliy resolved with some positiive communication but It did not.
Wendy was not very polite in her delivery and as california residents we were all expecting a little more than what was delivered.
