Shop good, Treats eating place was awful. Avoid

点评：There are two parts to this review. The shop & then the eating place called Treats.
The shop gets 5 stars as we bought some things (shirt & fridge magnets etc) during the day & the people serving were lovely. So recommended that.
Because of this, we decided to eat at the snack bar called Treats.
Treats gets 0 stars if it was possible!
This was absolutely awful.
They, initially were very accommodating & found us a table quickly. Seemed pleasant.
The food took about an hour & it was all absolutely freezing. I ordered the fish & chips. Cold hard chips. The fish was like nothing I had ever seen. Black charred pieces. Cold & too hard to get your fork into. I tasted one & did not have any more. My husband had the chicken burger. It was cold & just ok. Would have been ok if hot maybe!
The staff disappeared & we couldn’t find them anywhere. We paid at the shop front. We’re not the type to not pay. I have written this review to hopefully stop anyone else eating there.
Was the food cooked elsewhere & that’s why we waited an hour & it was cold?
Please don’t waste your money on this place. Really awful.
