点评:Traveling from the Aransas side going into Port A, wait time was 60+ minutes so I decided to park on the Aransas Pass side and walk to take the Ferry into Port A where friends would pick me up.
There were no pedestrian signs indicating where I should go or wait to board the ferry. When I approached the deckhands or the individuals in the parking lot they were very rude and indicated that I should just wait until somebody told me what to do.
When I finally was allowed to walk onto the ferry again another rude deckhand told me I couldn't sit in the waiting area because I had a dog, again no rules or regulations posted upon entry to the ferry. Funny I could walk to the back of the ferry with my dog and stand for the 10-minute trip across and it seemed to be okay with everyone to come out from where they were sitting to come over and pet my dog I guess they were not afraid that the gift would be attacked by my loving dog as long as they walked up to me and I didn't sit with them.
Well I understand rules and regulations and can almost understand reasoning for not wanting the dog to be with the people I don't understand why the deck hands and the parking lot people had to be rude instead of helpful this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
I know it's hard to complain about a free service however any kind of service should be just that a service given by people who enjoy their jobs are not cranky or rude or think they're God just because they have a text that jacket on.
