I was denied entry because I was accompanied by my 16-year-old daughter, yet the admission fees had already been paid upfront. Despite this, the staff refused to issue a refund. To make matters worse, they would not provide their names when asked.
The manager was extremely rude and completely unwilling to help resolve the situation. When I requested the senior manager’s name to escalate the issue, he refused to provide it and instead handed me a business card, telling me to call management. I did call, but no one was available. It already feels like getting my money back will be a long and unnecessary headache.
If there are age restrictions, they should be clearly stated on the front page of the website—not hidden or difficult to find. Because of this lack of transparency, I wasted time, gas, and toll money traveling from Brooklyn, and most importantly had to deal with my daughter’s disappointment and frustration.
On top of that, the facility itself is overcrowded. Space is very limited, the saunas are tiny, and you have to wait just to get into them.
Based on how this situation was handled and the overall experience, I would not recommend this place.
